Use a clear subject line — with one reader and no queue, it is what decides the order messages get read in. There is no telephone number, live chat or postal counter, and no second email address: the one above is the only way in. Any claim that another exists is not coming from here.
Reporting a download that went wrong
Send the two details below with your report. They are what the server needs to reproduce the problem, and a report that carries them is usually answered in a single reply.
- The Spotify link you pasted — the whole thing. The id inside it is what everything here is keyed on. A track title alone is usually not enough to find the same recording twice.
- What the row said. A failed track shows a reason on its row rather than vanishing. That sentence is the most useful thing you can send. A screenshot is fine.
Two common cases are not bugs. A missing track is usually a failed match rather than a fault. The home page explains why that happens and what each reason means. You can often fix wrong artwork or an odd title without waiting for a reply. The album art tool fetches the full-size cover on its own.
One thing this address cannot do is add a recording. There is no catalogue here to add anything to. If a track cannot be matched, no public source carries it. A request cannot change that.
Privacy and data requests
Send requests about your own data to the address above. The privacy policy gives the response timetable. It also lists what is held and for how long. Read that short list before you write. The site may never have collected the data you expected to request.
What to expect when you write
There is no autoresponder. A day of silence means one person has not read the message yet. Mail is answered expeditiously and in practice within a few days. Copyright notices follow the process in the takedown policy. An incomplete request is never silently dropped. The reply names what is missing so you can finish the same thread instead of starting again.
